Structure: Subject + Has/Have + been + (v3) +object.

कर चुका है, से किया जा चुका है। लिख चुका है, से लिखा जा चुका है। बोल चुका है, से बोला जा चुका है। | Has/Have been + done. Has/Have been + written. Has/Have been + spoken. |
e.g., Thieves have been caught by police. (P.V.)
चोरों को पुलिस ने पकड़ लिया है।
Students have not been punished. (P.V.)
छात्रों को दंडित नहीं किया गया है।
Has Yuvraj Singh been selected? (P.V.)
Have you been trained by Zama sir? (P.V.)
Where has Cricket been played yesterday? (P.V.)
